Recipes for Success: Vegetable recipes and tips

September 2011 The Recipes for Success series provides tried and tested recipes to help you offer a popular menu and overcome common challenges with meeting the school food standards.

When planning menu cycles that will be popular with your pupils, we know that some of the food-based and nutrient-based standards can be more challenging to meet than others.

The ‘Recipes for Success’ series includes tips and suggestions giving you new ideas, and ways to enhance your existing recipes. Each booklet also includes ten tried and tested recipes which are popular in primary and secondary schools, and which you could introduce into your menu.

  • Recipes for Success: Fruit recipes and tips
