November 2008 School Food Trust’s fourth headteachers panel survey.
The aims of the fourth survey were to assess:
- Lunch time staffing
- Kitchen and dining facilities
- Lunch time arrangements
- Communication with parents
- Changes in take up of school meals
- Changes in pupils’ attitudes towards healthier eating
Findings from the surveys represent a broad cross-section of views of head teachers regarding catering provision in their schools.
