Stakeholder Checklists

Developed to help you effectively engage in the processes to produce successful designs and utilisation of kitchen and dining spaces.

Creating thoughtful design requires a vision. That vision has to describe the desired outcome that inspires, energises and helps to create a mental picture of your goal. This is the challenge for kitchen and dining spaces and requires input from Local Authorities, Senior Leadership Teams, Heads of Catering, Designers and Students.

Following research and discussions with Schools, Local Authorities and key stakeholders involved in transforming school buildings, the Stakeholder Checklists have been developed to share expertise, help meet the needs of those in the field and provide support during the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) and/or Primary Capital Programme (PCP) process.

They provide useful guidance on who to engage and what questions should be asked as part of your planning and engagement process.

These checklists are updated on a regular basis based on feedback from Stakeholders as they go through the Capital Programme processes.
