Findings from research carried out by the Department for Education and Skills (now the Department for Children, Schools and Families DCSF) and the Food Standards Agency (FSA) in 2005 comparing food consumption and nutrient intakes in primary schools with the statutory Nutritional Standards for school lunches and the Caroline Walker Trust Guidelines.
