Case studies - Submit

If you’re involved in an innovative healthy eating programme at your school or you want to share your experiences of changing young people’s attitudes to school food, let us know.

Please complete the following sections. Please note that there is a 300 word limit on all sections. You can also attach an image and a document to support the case study using the relevant boxes. You must agree to the Terms & Conditions by checking the box before you submit. We have also created our Top Ten Tips for Case Studies (Adobe pdf doc 26KB) to help you.

I hereby assign you the right to use this case study and the right to reproduce it for the promotion of the work undertaken by the School Food Trust, through various internal and external media.

I understand that the case study will not be anonymous and that my details will be retained and could be used externally on the School Food Trust website and publications.

I agree that you are at liberty to use this case study or any part of it either separately or in conjunction with other text and to freely publish it.

I further undertake not to prosecute and take proceedings, claims or demands against you or your licensees or assignees in respect of any use by you or them of any case study or part of a case study relating to me for these purposes.

I give permission for photographs and images to be used in publications produced by the School Food Trust and/or other publicity material deemed appropriate by the School Food Trust.

I give permission for the persons’ photograph to be published on the School Food Trust’s educational website and any other websites deemed appropriate by the School Food Trust.

I understand that I do not own the copyright or any moral rights in the image.
